Expo Information/Packet Pick-Up
The 2017 Health & Fitness Expo is located in the Portola Hotel & Spa De Anza Ballroom at 2 Portola Plaza in Monterey and across the street from the Monterey Marriott. Dates and hours are Friday, April 28th from noon to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 29th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
At the Expo, participants in the Marathon, Relay, 21 and 10.6-Miler, the 12K, 5K and 3K will pick up their race bib with attached timing chip, gear check bag, official Race Program and event shirt. Be sure to bring photo ID (required for bib pick-up). We will have computers on site for bib look-up and the timing company will be sending bib information during the week prior to the Expo.
There will be vendors, businesses and other race representatives at the Expo offering a variety of fitness apparel and equipment as well as providing health and fitness related demonstrations. Stay tuned for the list of 2017 vendors.
If you are a vendor and are interested in exhibiting at the Expo we will have information and the Expo Application available shortly.
A series of FREE race clinics will take place on Saturday, April 29th in the Portola Room located across the lobby from the Expo. Pasta Party tickets will be on sale for $25. There are two sittings on Saturday, April 29th; one at 4:30 p.m. and one at 5:30 p.m. The Pasta Party is held in the Grand Ballroom of the Monterey Marriott. Post-race Party tickets will also be available for $25. The party will take place race day evening from 4:30 to 7:30 PM in the Marriott's Grand Ballroom.
