Welcome to the 2010 Health and Fitness Expo to be held in conjunction with the 25th presentation of the Big Sur International Marathon. In 2010 we will continue our tradition of staging a world-class event with an emphasis on the health and fitness benefits associated with cardiovascular exercise. We look forward to seeing a wide spectrum of dedicated vendors displaying a variety of products and services to browse through.
The 2010 Health and Fitness Expo is a two day opportunity to maintain maximum exposure to an anticipated 12,000 participants in a variety of events which include the Marathon, Marathon Relay, the 21-Miler, the 10.6- and 9-Milers, the 5K, and the JUST RUN! Just Kids 3K.
When you factor in families and volunteers, the number of people passing through the Expo will approach 20,000.
We would like the 2010 Health and Fitness Expo to be a fun and informative event with a focus on health screening checks and demonstrations; sports medicine and fitness programs; the latest in fitness clothing, shoes and training aids; and a variety of other run and walk related products and services.
The 2010 Health and Fitness Expo will be held at the Monterey Conference Center, 1 Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA. The dates will be on Friday April 23 from noon until 6:00 P.M. and on Saturday April 24 from 9:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M.
We also invite you to participate in our "Goody Bag" promotional opportunity. Put your product or flyer in the hands of every participant in all our events. 12,000 pre-stuffed runner/walker packets will be distributed at the 2010 Health and Fitness Expo along with race numbers and t-shirts. We seek to provide diverse product sampling and informational packets to each participant. Our "Goody Bag" fee includes storing, packaging, transporting and distributing your materials.
