Cancellation PolicyPer the marathon running industry policy, all entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected family/business
emergency, have a medical emergency, etc. There are NO exceptions.
If you cancel your entry by notifying us in writing or by email by 4-15-07 you can request an early entry form for the following year's event. If you return the form to us by the date specified WITH PAYMENT, this will guarantee your entry into the following year's event. If you cancel you may also request a commemorative event shirt to be sent to you. Your 2007 entry fee IS NOT TRANSFERABLE to 2008. You do not need to inform us of cancellation unless you are requesting an early entry form or commemorative shirt. If you do cancel, you may take the amount of your entry fee (minus the cost of commemorative shirt, if requested) as a charitable donation on your income tax return. |
